1991 Deville Intermittent Interior Fan Problem Cadillac Owners Forum 14 posts · joined 2012. #1 · feb 6, 2012. i have a 1991 cadillac deville and have had a lot of problems as of late and seeing as how this is the first cadillac i have ever owned i'm kinda stumped on everything. first it started having problems with the brakes. it sounds like a compressor running non stop under the hood and the brakes are.
