Four weeks of rain, sun and some dedicated mowing has created a beautiful wild flower meadow maze in the central square in the orchard. if you want to visit the maze, the orchard is open from dawn to dusk every day. everyone is welcome. simonandeleanor june 9, 2024june 9, 2024 2024, orchard. The collection is comprised primarily of donations, including 19 trees imported from japan and donated by bonsai master susumu nakamura. in contrast to the formal japanese tree and container styles, the garden’s collection houses many naturalist styles of bonsai using north american tree species and containers produced by north american potters.
