Fill in for cart pushers as needed. so far unload truck, bring pallets out, zone, make picks then they goof off at least the cap 2 at my store does. team is split in two parts. vizpick team: the smaller fragment of the team, they vizpick grocery, frozen, dairy, depts 82, 04, 13, 40, 08 and a few others. Pay range: $10 – $18 per hour. experience: 2 years can earn around $14 – $18 per hour. the main factors affecting pay are location, prior experience, and tenure at walmart. bigger cities and competitive markets usually pay more. based on what i‘ve seen, $13 per hour seems typical for most starting cap 2 associates. With the elimination of the receiving team lead, receiving clerk, claims associate, dock (day receiving) associate positions, associates in these roles will be given a 45 day notification period to find an open role in the club or elect to receive a severance package (if eligible).
